You Are Welcome
"Many of us have complicated relationships with our bodies and have faced challenges with our minds, I certainly have and continue to do so, it’s normal for physical and mental health to fluctuate. Often in the “wellness industry” there is a strong focus on positivity, but in reality it’s healthy to turn to face your shadow as well as looking for joy. These are the flavours of life, the bitter and the sweet.
This is the underlying inspiration behind what I do. Harnessing creativity, giving everyone I work with complete autonomy and respect, collectively finding body acceptance alongside building emotional and physical resilience are my key areas of focus.
Ultimately, you know yourself better than I ever will, I am simply here to foster a space in which you can figure that out and feel more at home with yourself. Let’s take the journey together."

Journey and Ethos
My style is fluid, inspired by Osteopathy and Psychology studies to create a biomechanical yet creative approach, inspired by the freedom of my dance background. I back away from micromanaging people, preferring to give just enough cues to empower them to find the best way for their unique bodies, but targeting exact areas and movements to focus on, making my sessions accessible yet stealthily challenging!
I guide people to practice from a place of mindful engagement, rather than creating more strain, tension and ego. I feel no-one is beyond questioning and I am constantly considering what I am offering to ensure it is dogma free, current and evolving.
I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for over a decade, I am an E-RYT 500 hour qualified yoga teacher with over 2000 hours experience as a yoga teacher trainer, leading both 200 and 500 hour vinyasa flow trainings. I’m also qualified in Pilates reformer and mat, meditation, nutritional therapy, yoga nidra and sports massage therapy, allowing me to blend my skills to create an open minded, evidence based and welcoming environment.
For many people, loving their bodies feels like an epic task, I facilitate a space that fosters acceptance as a first step, love might come later. I am passionately anti-diet culture and HAES (health at every size).
I hold a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community, of which I am a member, as well as respecting pronouns and removing gender assumptions and stereotypes.
I see activism as a big part of my life and there are some key areas in which I am currently pushing my own learning, looking at myself as honestly as I can, seeing what I need to challenge and improve on, such as anti-racism, fatphobia, anti-diet culture, ableism, health care inequalities, feminism and environmentalism.
Being qualified in many areas allows me to cater for my clients' unique needs with a varied range of knowledge and experience. I live what I teach and have a regular yoga and pilates practice, as well as rock climbing and running obstacle courses, weight lifting, swimming and cycling.
