Over the years I have personally waded through the murky waters of eating disorders, body hatred and compulsive exercise habits fuelled by poor mental health, toxic fitness and wellness spaces as well as the general beauty standard pressures and misinformation thrown at us from all directions.
It’s so hard to find the motivation to get going and to keep going.
I want better for you. I want better for all of us.
There is no room in my world for anything that alienates folks based on the way their body looks or works, or for the varied ways in which we experience our mental realities.
Most fitness and wellness spaces, trainers, influencers and coaches either unintentionally or inadvertently reinforce ableism, ageism, gender assumptions and biases, elitism, racism and fat phobia and fail to provide adequate inclusion and celebration of neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ folk.

I have over 12 years of experience coaching people towards living healthier, happier lives, a unique education background including degree level Osteopathy and Psychology studies, a previous career as a professional dancer in the West End and thousands of hours experience as a yoga teacher trainer and mentor.
With a personal passion for my own sporting pursuits in climbing, dancing, weight lifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, yoga, Pilates, cycling and swimming I know I can offer you the wisdom and support needed to get you where you want to be.
